Winter Haven Home Depot
Site development with outparcel on the previous site of an abandoned K-Mart facility. Included master stormwater plan and an expedited design and permitting process.
Seminole Badcock
Site redevelopment of existing site to provide new access for delivery trucks, additional parking, enhanced landscaping and revised drainage.
Palatka Home Depot
Existing site had approximately nine feet of fall across the area where the building is now placed. Significant fill was brought in to allow development. Retaining wall permitted.
